INTRODUCTION

SavorWe, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, and brands (collectively, “SavorWe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) are strongly committed to protecting the privacy of its visitors. This privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) describes what information SavorWe collects from users of the SavorWe Platform (“you” or “your”) and how SavorWe uses that information once it is collected.

SCOPE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies to the information SavorWe may collect from (a) the website located at: http://www.savorwe.com (the “Website”) and the SavorWe mobile device app (the “App”)); (b) social media websites utilized by SavorWe, and (c) email, text, and other electronic messages between you and the SavorWe (collectively, the “SavorWe Platform”).

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of any third party that SavorWe does not own or control. Additionally, the owners of social media services may have additional online privacy terms and conditions that supersede this Privacy Policy depending on a user’s own personal preferences with that social media provider.

COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The SavorWe Platform is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to or on the SavorWe Platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on the SavorWe Platform or through any of its features, use any of the interactive or public comment features of the SavorWe Platform, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at support@savorwe.com

SavorWe only collects information, including personal information (that is, information which can reasonably be used to identify you), when you voluntarily submit such information to SavorWe using forms located on the SavorWe Platform, such as when you create a member account, send messages, post a comment or review, make a purchase, subscribe to our mailing lists, newsletters or other forms of marketing communications, participate in a survey, click on an ad, redeem a promotion or use some other feature of the SavorWe Platform. We also use third parties to assist with our shopping cart and payment processing. We share information, including personal information, with these third parties to facilitate purchases.

Personal information we collect may include your name, company name, position or title, email address, telephone number, facsimile number, mailing address, and billing address and other payment information you provide on or through the SavorWe Platform.
If you submit personal and/or business information to SavorWe, SavorWe may use this information and share this information with third parties that provide SavorWe with products or services, to respond to your inquiries, or to provide various products, information and/or services to you. If you make a purchase through the SavorWe Platform, SavorWe will share your personal and/or payment information with SavorWe’s credit card processing service provider as necessary to carry out your purchase. When users have chosen to enable service providers to associate their web and app browsing history with their service provider account, those service providers may use that data to build audience lists that may be provided to SavorWe. By sending an email to SavorWe, submitting the contact form on the SavorWe Platform, or registering or subscribing with the SavorWe Platform, you authorize SavorWe to contact you using the contact information you provide, including email, telephone or facsimile.

SavorWe may share information, including personal information with its parent, subsidiaries, divisions, and affiliates. SavorWe will not sell your name, address, e-mail address or other personal information to any other organization unless you expressly agree at the time you submit certain information to SavorWe (typically by checking a box indicating your consent).

SavorWe may transfer information, including personal information, as an asset in connection with a proposed or actual merger or sale (including any transfers made as part of an insolvency or bankruptcy proceeding) involving all or part of its business or as part of a corporate reorganization, stock sale or other change in control.

SavorWe may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) satisfy a legal order or comply with legal process; (b) defend the rights of SavorWe or its affiliates or business partners; or (c) protect the personal safety of SavorWe employees, agents, affiliates, business partners, customers or users of the SavorWe Platform.

COLLECTION AND USE OF NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION

SavorWe may collect information other than personal information (“non-personal information”) when you visit pages on the SavorWe Platform, such as your IP address (the internet address of your computer), the state and country from which your computer is located, the date and time you access the SavorWe Platform, and the type of computer, operating system and web browser you are using. SavorWe uses this information from server logs to learn more about SavorWe Platform visitors as a group, not about you as an individual. SavorWe uses this information to determine which pages visitors’ access and how much time each visitor spends on each page and to help SavorWe identify overall usage patterns and trends on the SavorWe Platform. SavorWe may use third party service providers to collect and analyze such non-personal information.

SavorWe may collect non-personal information through a variety of tracking technologies, including cookies, web beacons, embedded scripts, location-identifying technologies, and similar technology (collectively, “tracking technologies”). SavorWe does not link your IP address to personal information but other information SavorWe collects automatically about you may be combined with other personal information SavorWe collects directly.

AGGREGATED AND ANONYMIZED DATA

SavorWe may take personal and business information and aggregate or anonymize data so that it is no longer capable of identifying you. SavorWe may use this information to enhance the features of the SavorWe Platform and services; and SavorWe may sell or license this information to third parties or publish the information. SavorWe will take reasonable precautions to ensure that such information does not contain any confidential or otherwise identifiable data that could be used to identify its source.

SOCIAL MEDIA WIDGETS AND ADVERTISING

SavorWe operates various social media pages, such as the Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and SavorWe may integrate social media widgets or features on the SavorWe Platform. These social media companies may recognize you and collect information about your visit to our SavorWe Platform, and they may set a cookie or employ other tracking technologies. Your interactions with those features are governed by the privacy policies of those companies. SavorWe may display targeted advertising to you through such social media platforms. Such social media companies have interest-based advertising programs that allow SavorWe to direct advertisements to users who have shown interest in our products when you visit a social media platform. These advertisements are governed by the privacy policies of those social media companies that provide them.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The SavorWe Platform may offer features and services that are administered or provided by third parties hired by SavorWe, such as website hosting, email services, data analysis, order fulfillment and search functionality. To receive these services, you may be required to provide these third parties with personal information or SavorWe may provide your personal information to such third parties. Such personal information is only used to provide services to SavorWe to enhance the features of the SavorWe Platform or provide services to you.

Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the SavorWe Platform are served by third-parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the SavorWe Platform. The information they collect may be associated with your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content, which is often referred to as remarketing.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

SavorWe may use Google Analytics, which provides SavorWe with website traffic analysis, and also tailors your ad experience and provides ads to you as you travel to different websites. SavorWe does not collect personal information through the use of third-party remarketing systems. SavorWe does not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. However, many third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way.
SavorWe collects information such as how often users visit the Website and the App, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve the SavorWe Platform. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this site, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personal information. Although Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this site, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy. You can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you on return visits to this site by disabling cookies on your browser.

DO NOT TRACK DISCLOSURES

At this time, there are no worldwide uniform or consistent industry standards or definition for responding to, processing, or communicating “Do No Track” signals. As a result, the Website is unable to respond to “Do No Track” signals. You can refer to the instructions in your browser to make sure the appropriate settings are selected, and to set your preferences in “Do Not Track” signals.

YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year. You may make one request each year by emailing us at support@savorwe.com or writing to us at the address listed at the end of this Privacy Policy. SavorWe does not currently make any such disclosures.

STORAGE OF INFORMATION

Any information collected through the SavorWe Platform as described in this Privacy Policy may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which SavorWe or its affiliates or service providers maintain facilities. If you are located in the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, please note that SavorWe may transfer information, including personal information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction, and you consent to the transfer of information to the U.S. or any other country in which SavorWe or its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, or service providers maintain facilities and the use and disclosure of information about you as described in this Privacy Policy.

SECURITY

Be aware that the Website does not use a secure server to transmit sensitive data. Be sure not to transmit any credit card or other financial or sensitive data through the Website.

For the financial side, everything from storing the credit cards and processing transactions is handled by Stripe. For more information on Stripe’s security protocol, view here, https://stripe.com/docs/security/stripe. The SavorWe system only stores the amount of the transaction including tips, fees and taxes, etc. for financial record keeping.

For the security of the app, everything is industry standard practices with oAuth 2.0 authentication API access. The database itself has an IP based whitelist.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of the SavorWe Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the SavorWe Platform like message boards. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by other users.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through and on the SavorWe Platform. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Privacy Policy, and SavorWe’s collection and use of information from users of the SavorWe Platform, shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois.

PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES

SavorWe reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of any SavorWe Platform after this Privacy Policy is updated shall constitute your acceptance of such changes. You are responsible for periodically visiting this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.

REMOVING OR UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION
